Mystery Unfolds as Jugsalai Resident’s Body Discovered near Parvati Ghat

40-year-old man’s body found near Parvati Ghat in Jamshedpur, identified as local resident missing since August 23; investigation underway.

JAMSHEDPUR – Sensation spread in the area as the dead body of a youth was found near Parvati Ghat under Jugsalai police station.

The youth has been identified as 40-year-old Hemant Sharma, a resident of Jugsalai Naya Bazar, missing since August 23.

Police have begun an investigation, taking possession of the body.

Hemant Sharma left home on his motorcycle after lunch on August 23 and did not return.

The floating dead body of the young man led relatives to the river bank, where they identified it as Hemant Sharma.

Keshav Sharma, the nephew of the deceased, disclosed that his uncle was under stress due to an outstanding loan.

According to Keshav, Hemant spoke to his wife once on the evening of August 23, and then his phone was switched off.

The last known location was near the Kharkai river, and despite efforts, no trace of him was found until the discovery of the body based on clothing.
