Shaurya Celebrates Independence Day with Patriotism and Tribute to Martyrs
Shaurya celebrates Independence Day, led by BJP members; flag hoisting, martyr tribute marks the day.
JAMSHEDPUR – On the country’s 77th Independence Day, Dinesh Kumar, the former district president of BJP, hoisted the flag at the office located in Golmuri by the social organization Shaurya.
Members then paid tribute to the martyrs by marching on foot to the martyr’s memorial at Golmuri police line, offering flowers.
Amarjit Singh Raja, who was leading the program, emphasized the significance of the 75 years of independence, mentioning the nation-wide celebration of Amrit Mahotsav and the Tricolor campaign to awaken patriotism.
He urged the youth never to forget the sacrifices made for the country’s independence, and to serve the nation by following the path shown by those who struggled for freedom.
Numerous dignitaries and members were present at the event, including Tejinder Singh Joni, Binod Gupta, Roshan Singh, Omkar Singh, Amit Mishra, Anoop Verma, Raman Kumar, Laxman Behera, Omi Singh, and others.
