Thrilling finals conclude the Tata Motors Inter-Team Badminton & Table Tennis Tournament in Telco, with awards for Best Players.

JAMSHEDPUR – The thrilling "Inter-Team Shuttle Badminton & Table Tennis Tournament" for both Men and Women at Telco Club in Telco came to a thrilling finale on Thursday. Both the respected Guest of Honor, Rajat Kumar Singh, Head – Town Administration, Tata Motors, and the Chief Guest, VN Singh, Head – Administration & Security, Tata Motors, attended the event. They congratulated the winning teams and athletes, praising their great talent and sportsmanship.

The competition not only displayed fierce rivalry but also highlighted the contestants’ athleticism and friendship.

In the men’s division of table tennis, the championship match concluded with Indigo Fighters claiming victory over Nano Warriors in two straight sets. Ravi Sharma of Indigo Fighters was honored as the Best Player of the Tournament for his exceptional effort.

The final match in the men’s division of the Shuttle Badminton competition showcased a fiercely contested battle between Tata Cummins and Nano Warriors, with Nano Warriors prevailing 2:1 in sets. The Men’s Category’s Best Player of the Competition was awarded to Nano Warriors’ Tejas Saha.

In the women’s category of the Shuttle Badminton competition, Safari Royals triumphed over Indigo Fighters, winning two sets in a row in a thrilling struggle. Ruth Saron Perkins of Safari Royals received the prestigious award of Best Player of the Tournament in the Women’s Category.

The Tata Motors Sports Department organized the competitions, ensuring a well-arranged event that thrilled attendees and athletes alike.
