JAMSHEDPUR -On the occasion of World Tribal Day, the Adivasi Ekta Manch Jharkhand unit organized a grand motorcycle rally, which commenced in Jamshedpur and reached Baridih Digambar Hansda Chowk via Sirighutu.

The event witnessed a strong display of tribal unity and culture.

Participants of the rally were welcomed at various locations with traditional dance and music, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the tribal community.

Wreaths were garlanded on statues of significant tribal figures as a mark of respect.

Chhotu Soren of Adivasi Ekta Manch spoke on the occasion, highlighting the main purpose of the celebration.

He stressed the need to unite the tribal community globally and emphasized the demand for strict implementation of the PESA law in Fifth Schedule Area, recognition for tribal religion code, and acknowledgment of Gram Pradhan and Majhi-Pargana Mahal.

There was also a call to stop atrocities against tribal women, particularly in Manipur.
