Selected trains in the Bilaspur Division of South East Central Railway to revert to original timetable after a delay in maintenance work.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a move to minimise disruptions to the travelling public, the Bilaspur Division of the South East Central Railway has announced the resumption of certain trains according to their original timetable. This decision follows a delay in the commencement of the planned Pre-Non Interlocking and Non Interlocking maintenance work.
The 08862 Jharsuguda-Gondia Special will revert to its usual timetable for trips starting from August 7, 2023, to August 15, 2023.
Similarly, the 08861 Gondia-Jharsuguda Special is also set to resume its regular operations for the journey commencing from August 7 through August 15, 2023.
The 18114 Bilaspur–Tatanagar Express will follow the original timetable for the period of August 7, 2023, to August 15, 2023.
Finally, the Tatanagar-Bilaspur Express 18113 will operate as originally scheduled from August 6, 2023, to August 14, 2023.
These service resumptions come as a result of the quick action taken by railway authorities following the postponement of the Pre-Non Interlocking and Non Interlocking maintenance work in the Bilaspur Division.
