South Eastern Railway suspends two loco pilots for running red signal, causing significant delay to Howrah-Ahmedabad Express.

JAMSHEDPUR – The Kharagpur division of South Eastern Railway has enforced a suspension on two loco pilots of the Howrah-Ahmedabad Express for violating railway protocols by running a red signal near the Panskuda station.

The suspended loco pilots have been identified as assistant AK Das and R Khalkho, who are presently undergoing questioning in Kharagpur.

It is reported that the Howrah-Ahmedabad Express began its journey late on Thursday night from Howrah station, and during the course of its travel, a signal violation occurred in the area around Panskuda station.
