Ex-CM Raghubar Das Urges Speeding Up of Three Schemes in Jamshedpur
Former CM Raghubar Das criticised the government’s apathy and demanded acceleration of three key schemes to benefit Jamshedpur residents.
JAMSHEDPUR – Former state Chief Minister Raghubar Das conducted an inspection of the Birsanagar water supply scheme and other institutions under the Jamshedpur East assembly constituency, expressing severe criticism towards the government’s apathy regarding the schemes.
He demanded an acceleration of the three schemes to ensure that the local residents could reap the benefits.
Das pointed out that despite three and a half years having passed, the construction of 11 hostels at the Women’s University is yet to be completed.
He added that the condition of the Professional College was also unsatisfactory.
In light of these issues, Das advised the government to develop institutions that not only provide education but also impart technical skills to students.
This, he believes, will contribute to reducing the escalating unemployment rate in the state.
