JAMSHEDPUR – In a heartwarming turn of events, two estranged couples decided to reunite during the ‘Mann Ka Milan Pakhwada’, organized by the District Legal Services Authority, Jamshedpur.
The event, conducted under the direction of Jhalsa, saw mediator Krishna Ji Prasad successfully bring together two families that had been separated due to discord.
These couples, initially married out of love two years ago, and later sanctioned by their families through Hindu rituals, had been living separately due to rising disputes which eventually led them to court.
During the ‘Mann Ka Milan Pakhwada’, their case was redirected to Nyaya Sadan for mediation. Under the vigilant direction of Dalsa Secretary Nitish Nilesh Sanga and with Krishna Ji Prasad’s positive efforts, the two parties managed to reconcile their differences through mutual agreement.
In an emotional ceremony held at Nyay Sadan, both couples agreed to move past their differences and live together once again.
They sealed their promise by garlanding each other and sharing sweets in a moment of happiness.
The couples involved were Santosh Kumar Gupta from the Birsa Nagar police station area, Jamshedpur, and Nidhi Gupta from the Silli police station area, Ranchi district.
This event serves as a beacon of hope for many separated families and speaks volumes of the positive impact such initiatives can have in bringing estranged loved ones together.
