Chouhan Hails Modi’s Vision for Railway Development at Flagging Off Ceremony

JAMSHEDPUR – Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan praised PM Modi’s vision for railway development and poverty alleviation at Tatanagar station.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi virtually flagged off six Vande Bharat Express trains on September 15.

Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan attended the event at Tatanagar railway station.

In his address, Chouhan lauded Modi’s efforts, calling him a "family member" rather than just a Prime Minister.

The minister highlighted the foundation laying of railway projects worth over ₹660 crore in Tatanagar.

He emphasized the projects’ significance in strengthening the nation’s economy.

Chouhan also discussed the government’s initiative to provide housing for two crore people.

This effort, he noted, would not only offer shelter but also generate employment opportunities.

As part of the initiative, laborers would receive 95 days of MNREGA wages.

"Narendra Modi’s heart beats for the poor," Chouhan stated, underlining the Prime Minister’s commitment to welfare.

The event saw the presence of several dignitaries, including Jharkhand Governor Santosh Kumar Gangwar.

Union Minister of State Annapurna Devi and Union Minister Sanjay Seth also attended the ceremony.

Jharkhand Education Minister Ramdas Soren and Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahto were among the notable attendees.
