In Birsanagar, Jamshedpur, the police have achieved success in a motorcycle theft case, arresting two individuals and recovering the stolen vehicle.
JAMSHEDPUR – In a breakthrough, the Jamshedpur police have solved a case of motorcycle theft that occurred near the Maya Complex of the Sunday Market under the Birsanagar police station area.
This success comes after a case was registered on June 4 based on a written application by Vikas Kumar.
During the investigation, police managed to arrest two individuals who were found in possession of the stolen Hero Glamor motorcycle.
Notably, one of the arrested individuals has a criminal history.
The police, while elucidating on the case, stated that they nabbed the motorcycle thief red-handed during the night in a deserted street of the Hospital Road, Birsanagar.
The officers posed as potential buyers to successfully apprehend the culprit.
The arrested individuals have been identified as O Kumar (21), a resident of Birsanagar’s Sunday Market, and S Kumar (25), from Birsanagar’s Brinda Basti.
The stolen motorcycle was recovered from their possession.
The arrested culprits were sent to judicial custody on Tuesday.
