JAMSHEDPUR – On June 2, former Bharatiya Janata Party State President Dr. Dineshanand Goswami visited Uinala, a village in Bahragora, meeting the youth injured in the recent Coromandel Express accident at their home.
The accident occurred at Balasore railway station, injuring four youths from Bahragora who were en route to Chennai for employment.
Two of the injured youths, Gura Palai and Ravi Raut, are currently under treatment in Balasore hospital, while Ravi Deuri and Sonu Palai have returned home after receiving medical attention.
During his visit, Dr. Goswami assured the victims and their families of all possible help.
The youth victims, who belong to the primitive tribal community, spoke of the ongoing employment crisis in Jharkhand and how they were compelled to seek work in other states to overcome financial hardship.
Addressing the local populace, Dr. Goswami criticized the Hemant government’s perceived indifference to public concerns, claiming that thousands of youths were migrating out of the state in search of work under its watch.
