Bokaro Steel’s Electrical Team Cracks Down on Illegal Electricity Connections in Sector 4

Bokaro Steel’s Electrical Department successfully disrupted illegal power connections in Sector 4, seizing unlawful equipment and wires.

BOKARO – Today, the Electrical Department team at Bokaro Steel conducted a rigorous operation to dismantle illegal electricity connections in Sector 4.

The operation was initiated in response to complaints about unauthorized use of power in the sector area of Bokaro Steel.

The team was accompanied by Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel, Bokaro Steel’s security personnel, and officers from the Sector 4 police station during the operation. Illegal wires and connections, especially in the slum areas, were seized and disconnected in the process.

Praveen Kumar, the assistant manager of the department, explained that numerous issues had arisen due to these unlawful installations in Sector 4.

As a result, the operation to eliminate these unauthorized connections was carried out today to prevent further disruption.

“The installation of illegal electricity connections in the Sector 4 area of Bokaro was causing many problems,” Kumar said.

“The operation today was crucial to rectify this situation,” he further added.
