Jamshedpur: Under the banner of Jharkhand Shramik Sangh, a workshop was organized at Sitaramdera Adivasi Association in Jamshedpur, aimed at educating laborers on their rights and entitlements.

Key representatives from Jharkhand labor organizations attended the event, emphasizing the importance of unity in advocating for workers’ rights.

Labor Day, which celebrates the achievements of the labor movement, including the introduction of an eight-hour workday, was highlighted as a reminder of the rights laborers have gained.

The workshop encouraged workers to understand their rights to ensure their full development and to protect themselves from exploitation.
