To demonstrate their support, thousands of members of the Bengali community from the entire Kolhan region attended the ceremony.

The event’s major goals were to unite the Bengali community, provide a platform to discuss concerns affecting their community, and solve difficulties with education and youth.

The opening event was attended by a number of renowned people from the community, including social worker Shekhar Dey, Jamshedpur MP Bidyut Baran Mahato, and organizing committee chairman Achintam Gupta.

The traditional Chhau dance from Bengal’s Purulia region served as the major attraction as the program’s lamp-lighting ceremony and main event got underway.
