Pak hopes agreement with IMF will improve economy

Pakistan’s Federal Minister of Commerce Naveed Qamar accepted that Pakistan’s economy is under severe pressure. However, he expressed hopes that the economy will improve after the agreement with the IMF.

Talking to the media in Washington, Naveed Qamar said that the US is the biggest market for Pakistan’s exports, he will give incentives to the business class to promote trade with the US.

He said that Pakistan-US relations have improved, expecting that there will be positive progress on the USAID program for Pakistan.

It should be noted that Pakistan has received 700 million dollars from China.

According to State Bank sources, the money was received by China Development Bank after the rollover agreement, in this regard, an agreement was reached between Pakistan and China.

According to the sources, the foreign exchange reserves of Pakistan reached close to 4 billion dollars due to the recovery of the money.
