Wanted criminal arrested with accomplice in Burmamines

Jamshedpur: Jamshedpur Police achieved a major success today when they nabbed a wanted absconder along with one of his accomplices.

The police made the arrests acting on a tip off from Burmamines police station area on Thursday.

One of the accomplices of the absconder B Upadhyay was also arrested.

The Burmanines police named the arrested person as B Upadhyay and said that he is a named accused in several cases of firing. He was also a wanted criminal.

The police said that they had received a tip off about his presence in Burmamines police station area.

Acting on the tip off, the police managed to nab him.

His accomplice A Kumar was also arrested.

The police have seized one country-made pistol, four live cartridges and a bike from their possession.

Both the accused have been sent to judicial custody for now.
