Jamshedpur Congress workers hold massive protest against Agnipath Scheme

Jamshedpur: The District Congress held a massive demonstration and rally today in protest of the Agneepath scheme of the Central Government.

The rally started at the Bhalubasa roundabout and ended with a demonstration at the Sakchi roundabout.

The Agneepath scheme is an attempt to hoodwink the youth of this country by the central government,” said Prince Singh, the senior vice president of the District Congress, who was presiding over the demonstration where Congress workers were holding banners and posters to protest the scheme.

The future of the youth of the country will get destroyed if they are inducted in the army only for four years and after that they are discarded to become unemployed.

He said that Congress is opposing this scheme and will continue to protest until it is withdrawn.
