BJYM organises blood donation camp, 122 units of blood collected

The Former CM of Jharkhand, Raghubar Das, too attended the blood donation camp and encouraged BJYM members who were there to donate blood.

Jamshedpur: Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) organised a blood donation camp to mark the 71st birth day of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The Jamshedpur unit of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha Jamshedpur Mahanagar on Tuesday organised a blood donation camp as a part of the ‘Service and Dedication’ campaign on the instructions of the party.

Young members and blood donors enthusiastically participated in the camp organised under the leadership of Mahanagar unit of BJYM Amit Agarwal at the Blood Bank in Bistupur.

A total of 122 units of blood were collected in the blood donation camp which lasted from 10 am to 4 pm.

Earlier, the camp was duly inaugurated by BJP National Vice President and the former CM Raghubar Das, MP Bidyut Baran Mahato, BJP State Minister Subodh Singh Guddu, BJYM State President Kislay Tiwari and BJP Mahanagar President Gunjan Yadav.

The guests encouraged the blood donors by presenting them, citations and bouquets.

During this, BJYM workers wished PM Modi for his long life and good health.

The former CM Raghuvar Das while encouraging the youth workers said that during the global pandemic, the workers of Yuva Morcha have successfully completed many social endeavours.

He said that the participation of youth in the ongoing service and dedication campaign on the 71st birthday of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is commendable.

Encouraging the youth donating blood for the first time, he said that youth power is the power of the nation.

He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has unwavering faith in the youth of the country.

He said that such programs will prove helpful in addressing the shortage of blood in the city.

MP Bidyut Baran Mahato also congratulated the youth for the successful organisation of the blood donation camp.

He appealed to the youth to be aware of the society and the country and be active in social work.

During this, Mahanagar BJP president Gunjan Yadav, BJYM state spokesperson Amitabh Senapati, Umesh Pandey, in-charge of blood donation program Sumit Srivastava, Abhimanyu Singh Chauhan, Suraj Kumar, Ganesh Sardar, Prakash Dubey, Sunny Sanghi, Amit Singh, Sumit Agarwal, Abhishek Srivastava, Shashank Shekhar , Abhishek Dey, Neeraj Nationalist, Vishu Singh, Upendra Giri, Vikas Singh, Sushil Sharma, Navjot Singh Sohal, Saurabh Kumar, Umesh Shah and other activists of Yuva Morcha were present.
