Jharkhand Kshatriya Mahila Sangh celebrates Teej Festival

Hundreds of women participated in the Teej Festival programme organised of Jharkhand Kshatriya Mahila Sangh.

Jamshedpur: A Teej festival programme was organized by Jharkhand Kshatriya Mahila Sangh at Royal Hills Hotel and Resort.

The program organized on Tuesday was inaugurated by joint lamp lighting by Dr. Kavita Parmar, Patron Devika Singh, Kanchan Singh, Pratima Singh, Asha Singh, Poonam Singh, Pallavi Singh, Manju Singh, Ritu Singh and General Secretary Manju Singh.

he welcome address was delivered by Ritu Singh.

All the participants of the programme also enjoyed the hymns of Bhagwan Shiva on the occasion.

Various competitions were organized among women during Teej Mahotsav programme.

in Teej Queen competition, Pooja Singh was adjudged the winner, while Mamta Singh got the second and Archana Singh got the third place.

In the dance competition, first place was won by Pamela, second place by Trupti Singh and third place by Gudiya Singh.

Mamta Singh got first place in music competition, second place went to Sunita Singh got while third place was won by Pratibha Singh.

In the Thali decoration competition, the winner was Seema, the second place went to Sadhna Singh and the third place was won by Reena Singh.

Kanchan Singh and Anita Singh played the role of judges in the competition.

The vote of thanks was given by Dr. Kavita Parmar.

Ritu Singh, Malti Singh, Nisha Singh, Manorama Singh, Saroj Singh, Sujata Singh, Tripti Singh, Shalini Singh, Prabhavati Singh, Rita Singh, Kumud Singh, Ragini Singh played an important role in making the program a success.

Hundreds of other women participated in the program and enjoyed the Teej festival.
