Children of Mother Teresa Welfare Trust shifted to Gobarghusi

Jamshedpur: The children of Mother Teresa Welfare Trust, Telco, Jamshedpur were shifted to Gobarghusi in Patmada late on Friday night.

On Friday, all the children were shifted in buses in the presence of the district administration officials.

All the minor girls were sent to Gobarghushi, while boys were sent in another bus.

A team of policemen was also deployed to ensure safety of children. The shifting of children continued till late night.

All the children were counted and then shifted.

On the other hand, the director of the trust and CWC president are allegedly absconding since after the matter came to light.

It may be mentioned that a few days back, two girls had escaped from the Mother Teresa Welfare Trust, Telco. They were found in Birsanagar Zone No. 2.

Both the girls had accused the trust director of indulging in improper conduct. The city police had swung into action and a case was registered in this connection.

However, the director of the trust and his wife are allegedly absconding.
