TMH launches Special Services for 75 years and above patients

Jamshedpur: The cut off age for ‘Vishwaas Saath Ka’ campaign is being revised from 80 years to 75 years to benefit a larger section of the community. TMH has always strived to extend its support to senior citizens and will continue to strengthen the Patient Experience. TMH wish to offer services specifically to cater the elderly which would include direct access to Pharmacy, Pathology Lab, Cash Counter, and Report Collection Counter.

The Senior Citizen initiative has been rolled out in TMH with a revision where patients above the age of 75 years can now look forward to hassle free access to OPD services. They need not pre-book appointments on phone or Intranet or TMH Vishwas App for OPD consultations.

The initiative for the elderly will come into effect from December 1, 2020, where all patients above 75 years will receive the ‘Logo Sticker’ from the TMH Helpdesk. The dedicated tag line for our elders is ‘Vishwaas Saath Ka’.

The special assistance service is launched to ease the visit of elders to TMH, and to promote Customer Experience. Elderly patients are required to collect their sticker from the TMH Helpdesk for easy identification on a one-time basis. Our staff will assist them with the appointment and they would be seen by the doctor on priority.
