0 corona death in Jharkhand on Tuesday, 127 new cases
Ranchi: Tuesday pass off with a sigh of relief for the state of Jharkhand as no district in the state reported any death caused by coronavirus. The death toll due to the pandemic stays at 1,048.
According to official data, on Tuesday 127 new cases of coronavirus infection were detected, taking the total number of infections in the state to 1,17,088.
On the other hand, 153 patients were also cured on the day in the state. The total number of cured patients has now reached 1,14,684.
For now, the state has 1,356 active cases of coronavirus.
The recovery rate in the state has reached 97.94% now, while the mortality rate hovers around 0.89%.
East Singhbhum district has been the worst-hit district in terms of death. However, for the last 35 days, East Singhbhum district has reported nil death.
