Jamshedpur: The ADM (law and order) N K Lal examined the status of land boundaries claims over disputed plot beside Life Line Nursing Home under the jurisdiction of Sakchi police station.
The plot adjoining Life Line Nursing Home has been under dispute for the last several years and a civil case over the ownership of the plot is also sub judice in the Supreme Court.
The land dispute is between the company and Arvind Kumar.
Arvind Kumar claims that his land has been occupied. He also said that the erstwhile Dhalbhum SDO had demolished the JMM office built on his land. He said that he had taken the issue to the Supreme Court.
Later, on the instructions of the DC, the ADM (Law and Order) N K Lal arrived at the site to examine the status and claims relating to the land.
Arvind Kumar said that the other party has also been trying to carry out construction work on the land. He also staked a claim on the land of Life Line Nursing home.
The ADM Mr. N K Lal said that he would submit his report to the DC. He avoided answering questions from media persons. He also did not say anything about the alleged construction going on in the land. However, the district administration’s probe relating to the disputed land is still on.
