One employee apprehended too, strict checking from Monday

Jamshedpur: With the conclusion of Chhath festival, the district administration has started focusing seriously on containing coronavirus spread once again.

On Sunday, strict checking was started at the railway station. Surprise checks and raids were also started in different shops and malls. The district officials raided Nagarmal Shopping Mall on Sunday and allegedly found open violation of social distancing norms.

The action of district administration caused a flutter in the crowded market. The district administration has also apprehended an employee of Nagarmal Shopping Mall. On the other hand, ADM (Law & Order) has made it clear that any establishment that violates the social distancing norms would be sealed and fined. He said that FIR would also be registered against such establishments.

He said that from Monday an intensive checking campaign would be launched.

It may be aded here that coronavirus has been spreading quickly in different states of the country and the death figures are also on the rise. That is the reason strict precautions are being taken in national capital Delhi as well as several areas in Gujarat. In several parts of the country curfew is also being imposed.

Seeing the situation, East Singhbhum district administration too has swung into action and has decided to turn the heat on against social distancing norms violators.
