Active corona cases in Seraikela-Kharsawan district slide down to 169, total deaths 11

Seraikela: The number of active cases of coronavirus infection in Seraikela-kharsawan district has slided down to 169 on Saturday. It was 181, a day before, i.e. on Friday. The number of total deaths caused by the virus in the district remains at 11.

According to official data, the number of active coronavirus cases in Seraikela-Kharsawan district has been going down steadily.

According to latest data, the district has tested a total of 1,27,614 samples till Saturday. Out of these 1,20,301 samples were found negative, while 3,406 samples have tested positive.

However, out of all the positive patients, 3,226 have already recovered and have been discharged from hospitals or home quarantine.

For now, the district has only 169 active cases. The test results of 4,048 samples are still awaited.

On Saturday, a total of 5,666 samples were collected in the district.
