Relatives of deceased patient create ruckus in TMH for dead body

Jamshedpur: Relatives of a patient who died during treatment in TMH created ruckus at the hospital Monday night. Relatives and friends of the deceased were at the hospital premises at the time of filing the report.

According to information culled, a patient of Sashtrinagar died in TMH. Her relatives say that the patient was admitted in normal condition. They claim that they were not told that the patient might be Corona positive. The patient died in the evening.

The hospital refused to hand over the dead body on the grounds that the patient was corona positive.

But the relatives were insisting on getting the dead body.

Relatives were present on the hospital premises till late night.
