Hemant Soren promises due respect and honour to family members of Kharsawan martyrs
Seraikela: The Chief Minister Hemant Soren today arrived in Kharsawan and paid tributes to the martyrs of Kharsawan firing. The Chief Minister also remembered the martyrs and said that their dream Jharkhand is being built now.
The Chief Minister, who arrived in Kharsawan to pay tributes to the martyrs who had died in Kharsawan firing, said that so many people had laid down their lives for making the dream of Jharkhand a reality. He reiterated his promise that the family members of all the martyrs, who had laid down their lives for a separate Jharkhand state, would be found out and adequate compensation would be paid to them.
The Chief Minister said that during his last tenure as the Chief Minister, compensation as paid to the family members and dependents of the martyrs of Gua firing. Now, the present government would find all the dependents and family members of the Kharsawan firing and would try to give them the honour they deserve.
Asked about what gift would he bestow on Kharsawan in the new year, he said that the first challenge for his government is to win the battle against Corona.
Asked about deteriorating law and order situation in Kolhan region, he said that his government believes in action. If there is any deterioration in law and order, his government would control it.
The Chief Minister was accompanied by the transport minister Champai Soren and all the MLAs of Kolhan along with several Congress leaders.
