Class 8 Student Found Dead in Bathroom, Family Creates Chaos

JAMSHEDPUR – A tragic incident shocked Turamadah locality under Sundarnagar police station when a 14-year-old student ended his life on Friday evening.

The deceased has been identified as S Nayak. He was the only son of Ruplal Nayak. Moreover, he was studying in Class 8 at an English medium school.

The incident occurred in the bathroom of his house. S Nayak used a saree to make a noose for hanging. However, family members discovered him too late to save his life.

Upon finding S Nayak, the family rushed him to Khas Mahal Sadar Hospital. Unfortunately, doctors declared him dead on arrival. The tragic news devastated the family members completely.

Following the death announcement, family members created a high-voltage disturbance. The hospital premises witnessed tense moments due to their emotional outburst. Furthermore, the situation became difficult to control initially.

Sundarnagar police station in-charge received information about the incident immediately. The Circle Inspector also reached the hospital with police force. Moreover, they worked to calm down the agitated family members.

Police officials spent considerable time counseling the grieving family. After extensive persuasion, the relatives finally became peaceful. Subsequently, the body was sent for post-mortem examination.

The exact reason behind Sahil’s extreme step remains unclear currently. Police have initiated a comprehensive investigation into the matter. In addition, all possible angles are being examined thoroughly.

“We are looking into every aspect of this case,” said a police source. The investigation will explore potential academic pressure or personal issues. Besides, statements from family members and classmates will be recorded.

The incident has sent shockwaves through the local community in Turamadah. Neighbors expressed grief over the untimely death of the young student. Furthermore, the tragedy highlights growing mental health concerns among teenagers.

School authorities were informed about the unfortunate incident on Saturday morning. Teachers and students expressed deep sorrow over Sahil’s death. Moreover, counseling support is being arranged for affected classmates.

The case underscores the importance of mental health awareness among adolescents. Parents and educators need to recognize warning signs in children. In addition, open communication channels should be maintained with teenagers.
