CHAKULIA – A Hyva truck traveling from Jamshedpur to Baharagora caught fire on National Highway 18 near Nayagram under Shyamsundarpur police station late Friday night at around 9:00 PM. Fortunately, the driver escaped unhurt by leaping out of the vehicle as flames engulfed it.
Initial reports suggest that the fire may have been caused by a short circuit. The truck was not carrying any load at the time of the incident.

Upon receiving information, Shyamsundarpur police rushed to the spot and informed the fire station in Baharagora. Firefighters arrived promptly and worked to extinguish the flames.
