BM Enterprises Wins Operating Rights Through Competitive Bidding

JAMSHEDPUR – The Adityapur Municipal Corporation awarded the operating contract for Ward 22’s Atal Park through a competitive bidding process.

Three contractors received technical approval for participation.

Meanwhile, RS Enterprises withdrew after bidding Rs 42 lakh.

“The bidding process maintained complete transparency,” noted a municipal official.

Bidding Process

BM Enterprises competed with Rajmani Enterprises in final rounds.

Moreover, Rajmani’s proprietor quit after bidding Rs 1.3 crore.

On the other hand, the minimum bid was set at Rs 36.45 lakh.

Operational Guidelines

The daily rental includes building and kitchen facilities.

Additionally, no extra charges can be levied for lounge usage.

Regulatory Oversight

Municipal administrators will monitor contract compliance.

Furthermore, citizens can report unauthorized fee collection.

“The facility will serve community needs effectively,” remarked a corporation representative.
