JAMSHEDPUR – The 77th and 78th FCI Dog Show Championships, organized by the Federation Cynologique Internationale (FCI) and Kennel Club of India, were inaugurated in Jamshedpur by Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal. The event witnessed an impressive gathering of dog lovers, including the Chairperson of Jamshedpur Kennel Club, Ruchi Narendran.
In a unique gesture, a dog presented Mittal with a bouquet to welcome him. Expressing his admiration for the event, Mittal said, “This beautifully organized show fosters sensitivity and tolerance towards other species. I encourage everyone to visit and witness the event.”
A Global Showcase of Canine Excellence
The championship, attracting over 470 entries, included participants not only from across India but also from international locations. Distinguished judges from around the world evaluated the participants. Notably, 20 of India’s best dogs showcased their talents, elevating the standards of this FCI-certified show.
