MEDININAGAR – The Hare Krishna Festival at Sanskrit College premises drew an enthusiastic crowd of devotees. The event featured Harinam Sankirtan, shloka recitation, spiritual plays, and discourses, creating a deeply devotional atmosphere.

ISKCON preacher Dr. Keshavananda Das shared insights from the Bhagavad Gita, emphasizing its relevance to achieving life’s purpose. He remarked, “The teachings of Lord Krishna in the Gita are a guide to fulfilling one’s existence. To break free from worldly attachments, one must practice spiritual discipline.”

Dr. Keshavananda discussed the importance of aligning one’s actions with dharma for inner purity. He explained that purifying the mind leads to deeper devotion and a connection with the divine. He added, “A pure mind is the foundation for experiencing the presence of God.”

A play based on spiritual themes captivated the audience, reinforcing the festival’s message of devotion and self-awareness.
