JAMSHEDPUR – Students of St John’s High School embraced the spirit of giving this Christmas by donating essential supplies to an elderly care home.

Ten Class IX students visited Aashirwad, accompanied by teacher Rahul Pandey. They carried food donations from their school.

“The interaction was deeply moving for our students,” said a school representative. “They gained valuable perspective from the elderly residents.”

Meaningful Exchange

The elderly residents shared their life experiences with the young visitors. They discussed their personal journeys and circumstances.

Meanwhile, the students listened intently to the seniors’ stories. The experience left a lasting impression on them.

Growing Impact

The school’s initiative extended beyond just food donations. Students also contributed winter clothing for those in need.

Moreover, the students expressed interest in making such visits regular. They pledged to maintain connections with the elderly residents.
