JAMSHEDPUR – Senior Superintendent of Police Kishor Kaushal ordered intensive anti-drug operations during the monthly crime meeting.

The SSP addressed key law enforcement challenges. Urban and rural police officers attended this comprehensive review.

Moreover, special teams will target vehicle theft and burglary. The police will also intensify action against organized crime.

Digital Integration

The department received instructions about CCTNS implementation. Officers must upload accident reports within 48 hours on iRAD EDR app.

Meanwhile, the emergency response system got an upgrade. “Response time must stay within 15 minutes,” stated a senior official.

Verification Process

The authorities introduced stricter hotel guest verification protocols. Passport verification must complete within five days now.

Furthermore, officials cannot harass passport applicants unnecessarily. The process aims for maximum efficiency and transparency.

Public Safety Measures

Police will monitor marriage halls for noise violations. Action under Loudspeaker Act awaits violators after 10 PM.

Additionally, officers received orders about POCSO cases. Cases must reach resolution within 60 days strictly.

In contrast, picnic spots will see enhanced security. Police will prevent public alcohol consumption during New Year celebrations.
