JAMSHEDPUR – Cyclone Fegal’s influence is evident across several districts of Jharkhand, with Jamshedpur experiencing significant effects.

For the past two days, heavy cloud cover has enveloped the city, causing temperatures to dip 5°C below the seasonal average. Rural areas in the Kolhan region are experiencing sporadic rainfall as a result of the storm’s impact.

Weather Department Updates

According to the Meteorological Department, Cyclone Fegal’s effects will persist until December 4. After this period, Jamshedpur and other regions are expected to witness a severe cold wave, bringing a marked change in weather conditions.

The drop in temperatures and rainy conditions have provided a preview of the upcoming winter season. Residents are advised to prepare for the cold weather that is expected to follow the cyclone’s departure.
