JAMSHEDPUR – On World AIDS Day, SP Foundation conducted an awareness program at Sakchi Roundabout in Jamshedpur to educate the public about AIDS prevention and care.
Members of the foundation highlighted the increasing number of AIDS cases worldwide. Dr. T.K. Chatterjee, the foundation’s director, pointed out that unsafe sexual practices remain a significant cause of the disease’s spread. He also mentioned that infected blood and reused syringes can transmit HIV, emphasizing the critical role of public awareness in prevention.
