Six Young Athletes Bag Medals at KIO Federation Cup in New Delhi

JAMSHEDPUR – Jharkhand’s young karatekas demonstrated exceptional skill at the prestigious KIO Federation Cup.

The championship attracted nationwide participation. It ran from November 19 to 23.

Moreover, Rohan Ishadkar clinched gold in under-14 category. The Tata Steel trainee excelled in kumite.

Meanwhile, Virang Pandey secured another gold medal. He dominated the under-9 division.

Furthermore, three athletes earned silver medals. Rohit Ishakdar impressed in under-11 competition.

In addition, Ayush Bankira showed remarkable skill. He competed in under-12 category.

Saraswati Mardi represented female athletes successfully. She won silver in under-10 girls’ kumite.

However, Aarav Pandey also made his mark. He secured bronze in under-10 boys’ division.

"These achievements highlight Jharkhand’s sporting potential," noted a sports analyst.

The event enjoyed international recognition. Major karate federations supported this championship.
