Ranchi BJP Veteran CP Singh Clinches 7th Straight Assembly Win

Defeats JMM’s Mahua Maji with 21,949-vote margin, graciously acknowledges CM Soren’s success

Key Points:

* CP Singh secures historic seventh consecutive victory in Ranchi assembly elections

* BJP stalwart triumphs over JMM candidate Mahua Maji by substantial margin

* Shows political grace by congratulating opposition CM despite BJP’s mixed performance

RANCHI – Veteran BJP leader CP Singh has achieved a remarkable seventh consecutive win in Ranchi’s assembly elections, showcasing his enduring political influence.

CP Singh’s political journey began in 1990 with his first assembly election victory. He has maintained an unbroken winning streak since then.

Moreover, the seasoned politician garnered 21,949 more votes than his rival Mahua Maji.

"The people’s trust energizes me to serve better," remarked a senior BJP worker close to Singh.

However, BJP’s performance in other constituencies remained below expectations. The party faced setbacks in several key districts.

Meanwhile, Singh demonstrated political maturity by congratulating Chief Minister Hemant Soren. This gesture earned praise from various political quarters.

In addition, Singh’s victory has strengthened BJP’s presence in the state capital. His consistent performance makes him one of Jharkhand’s most successful politicians.

Furthermore, political analysts highlight Singh’s strong connection with local voters. "His accessibility to common people has been his biggest strength," noted a political expert.

On the other hand, JMM’s Mahua Maji accepted the defeat gracefully. She has been actively involved in state politics for over two decades.

Besides, Singh’s winning margin has increased compared to previous elections. This indicates his growing popularity among Ranchi’s voters.
