JAMSHEDPUR – The counting of votes for the Jharkhand Assembly Election 2024 will commence tomorrow at Cooperative College, Jamshedpur. Deputy Commissioner Ananya Mittal confirmed that all arrangements have been finalized to ensure a smooth counting process.
The counting will begin at 8 AM with postal ballots, while EVM vote counting is scheduled to start at 8:30 AM. Security has been reinforced with personnel from the district police and the BSF deployed across the counting center.
Mittal stated, "All security forces have been briefed on their duties to ensure efficient handling of the counting process. Candidates and their representatives have also been informed to reach the venue on time."
The administration has taken extensive measures to avoid disruptions and ensure a peaceful environment during the counting.
