Loyola School Celebrates 74th Annual Sports Day with Grand Events

JAMSHEDPUR – Loyola School marked its 74th Annual Sports Day with athletic excellence and martial arts displays.
The celebration began with ceremonial flag unfurling. Meanwhile, Chief Guest Chanakya Choudhary led the opening rituals.
School leaders Fr. K.M. Joseph and Fr. Vinod Fernandes joined the ceremony. Moreover, Vice Principals attended the function.
The BITS Pilani alumnus received traditional honors. Furthermore, guests presented him with a sapling and shawl.
Panthers, Leopards, Cheetahs and Jaguars showcased synchronized marching. In addition, young athletes lit the ceremonial torch.
However, martial arts demonstrations stole the spotlight. Students from grades 6 and 7 displayed combat skills.
The track featured thrilling 100m sprints. Besides, teams competed in 4x200m relay races.
Colonel Rajneesh Sharma graced the closing ceremony. Meanwhile, Jaguar House won Best Marching Contingent honors.
On the other hand, Leopard House earned the Best Disciplined House title. Principal Fernandes delivered the vote of thanks.
The event promoted holistic development. Furthermore, it celebrated victories and defeats with equal enthusiasm.
