JAMSHEDPUR – XLRI’s Delhi-NCR campus and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on November 14, 2024, marking a joint commitment to address biodiversity and environmental sustainability.

The MoU was signed by Dr. Yash Veer Bhatnagar, IUCN’s India Representative, and Dr. Tata L. Raghu Ram, Chairperson of XLRI’s FACES initiative, with the aim of fostering sustainable business practices and corporate environmental responsibility in India.

T. V. Narendran, Chair of XLRI’s Board of Governors, along with Father S. George, Director of XLRI Jamshedpur, and Father K.S. Kashmiri SJ, Director of XLRI Delhi-NCR, were present at the event.

Corporate leaders such as JP Morgan’s Managing Director Madhav B. Kalyan, Centrum Group’s Chairman Jaspal Bindra, Ajay Kaul of Everstone Capital, and Jose Paraayanken of Mozambique Holdings were also in attendance.
