JAMSHEDPUR – Former BJP minister Ramanand Prasad succumbed to a cardiac arrest at his Adityapur residence.

The veteran politician served the party with distinction. Moreover, he maintained strong community connections throughout his career.

"His dedication to public service was remarkable," recalled a senior BJP leader.

Meanwhile, local residents gathered to pay their respects. Furthermore, political leaders across parties expressed their condolences.

In addition, the funeral procession will start from his Adityapur-2 home. The ceremony will follow traditional customs.

However, the unexpected demise has shocked the local community. Besides, tributes continue pouring in from various quarters.

The former minister is survived by his immediate family. On the other hand, his legacy of public service remains memorable.
