TFA U15 Football Trials Draw Over 1,600 Applications Nationwide

Young Talents from 26 States to Compete at Jamshedpur FC Academy from November 19-30

Key Points:

* 1,648 youth football aspirants apply for TFA U15 trials across India

* Kerala leads with 334 applications, followed by Jharkhand with 280

* Final selection rounds scheduled for November 29-30 after four regional batches

JAMSHEDPUR – Jamshedpur FC’s Tata Football Academy has received an overwhelming 1,648 applications from 26 states for its upcoming U15 trials.

The trials will commence with participants from eastern states in Batch I.

The details are as follows:

Batch I (19th & 20th November)

Regions: West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, and Chhattisgarh

Total Candidates: 245

Batch II (21st & 22nd November)

Region: Jharkhand

Total Candidates: 280

Batch III (25th & 26th November)

Regions: Assam, Chandigarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Pondicherry, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh

Total Candidates: 236

Batch IV (27th & 28th November)

Region: Kerala

Total Candidates: 334

Meanwhile, Jharkhand’s 280 hopefuls will showcase their skills in Batch II on November 21-22.

Furthermore, Batch III will feature players from 20 different states and union territories.

In addition, Kerala’s contingent of 334 aspirants will participate in Batch IV.

However, the most promising talents from each batch will advance to the final selection rounds.

Moreover, CEO Mukul Choudhary expressed satisfaction with the nationwide response to the trials.

The academy’s reach extends from Gujarat in the west to Manipur in the east.

Besides, young footballers from Kerala in the south to Himachal Pradesh in the north will participate.

On the other hand, the batch-wise scheduling ensures fair opportunities for all participants.
