JAMSHEDPUR – The District Election Officer has launched a comprehensive campaign to boost voter participation in the upcoming election on November 13.

District Election Officer Ananya Mittal stressed the significance of each vote in strengthening democracy.

Moreover, Mittal urged citizens to view the short trip to polling booths as a vital democratic duty.

"Instead of waiting for five years, take five steps to the booth," a knowledgeable source quoted Mittal as saying.

The voter awareness meeting at the Collectorate Auditorium saw participation from diverse groups.

In addition, notable voice artist Saurabh Chakraborty lent his talents to create impactful voter awareness messages.

The district administration is working diligently to reach voters across all demographics.

Furthermore, Mittal encouraged treating voting day as a festive occasion, urging citizens to bring along family and friends.

"Let’s motivate everyone in our circles to participate in this democratic festival," an enthusiastic participant remarked.

The Sweep Cell is coordinating various events as part of the awareness campaign.

These include yoga sessions, voter pledges at sports events, and cultural activities.

On the other hand, trekking teams and biking groups are also joining the effort to spread awareness.

Mittal drew a parallel between personal health and democratic health, emphasizing the need for active participation.

The District Election Officer called for cooperation from all sections of society to ensure maximum voter turnout.
