JAMSHEDPUR – Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy has confidently stated that the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) will form the government in Jharkhand after the upcoming assembly elections.
Roy believes that a coalition of BJP, JD(U), AJSU, and LJP will come to power, citing the failure of the current Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), Congress, and RJD alliance.
He criticized the incumbent government, accusing it of rampant corruption, rising crime, and unfulfilled promises over the past five years.
Roy specifically mentioned the Maiya Samman Yojana and its recent budget increase, raising concerns that the scheme might be discontinued or underfunded after the elections.
He further noted that since February, elderly and widow pension beneficiaries have not received payments, creating anxiety among the people.
Roy stated that these issues will influence voters in the upcoming polls, which he believes will favor the NDA.
