JAMSHEDPUR – The Patna High Court has mandated elections for the Takht Shri Harmandir Management Committee, to be overseen by local officials.
Justice Rajiv Rai issued the directive through a single bench order.
The decision follows an agreement between the petitioner and respondent parties.
Moreover, the court-mandated meeting on September 15 led to this consensus.
Both parties submitted affidavits confirming their agreement to the court.
The election process includes preparing the final voter list and candidate nominations.
