JAMSHEDPUR – XITE Gamharia has proudly inaugurated the Xavier Innovation and Entrepreneurship Committee (XIEC) under its Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC).
The launch event, held on September 30, 2024, was followed by an interactive session led by Amar Nath Singh, Director of NRIC.
His session explored key topics such as identifying business opportunities, building startups, and the importance of innovation in entrepreneurship.
The event started with a warm welcome and guest hospitality by Dr. (Fr.) Mukti Clarence, SJ, in the presence of Dr. (Fr.) E. A. Francis, SJ, Prof. Sushmita Chaudhary Sen, and Ashish Singh.
Ansh (BBA) efficiently conducted the program, while Vaishnavi Thakur (BBA) offered the vote of thanks.
During the session, Singh addressed aspiring entrepreneurs on subjects ranging from developing a business mindset to scaling ventures, especially in tier 2 and tier 3 cities.
He also highlighted strategies for overcoming challenges as an entrepreneur and the future of innovation.
