JAMSHEDPUR – XITE Gamharia, in partnership with CII Yi Jamshedpur, organized a groundbreaking session on mental well-being led by Dr. Saroj Dubey.

The event, titled "Mind Matters: The Art of Being and Doing," attracted 105 students and faculty members.

Dr. Dubey, a renowned TEDx speaker and author, shared insights on various mental wellness techniques.

His presentation covered topics such as presence of mind, happiness advantage, and positive neuroplasticity.

"The session provided invaluable tools for enhancing our mental resilience," remarked a student attendee.

Dr. (Fr.) E. A. Francis, SJ, Principal of XITE Gamharia, played a crucial role in the event’s success.

Dr. (Fr.) Mukti Clarence, SJ, also contributed significantly to the program’s execution.

Prof. Nishit Singh presented a token of appreciation to Dr. Dubey for his impactful presentation.

Dr. Radha Mahali recognized Mokshita Gautam, Yi Jamshedpur Health Co-Chair, for her contributions.

Several faculty members, including Prof. Amit Chaturvedi and Dr. Sanchita Ghosh Chowdhury, attended the session.

Nupur Srivastava, Health Chair (BBA 3rd year), delivered the Vote of Thanks.

M Bhavya Laxmi, XITE Yuva Chair (BBA 3rd year), skillfully anchored the event.

Ashish Singh, Branding & Communication Head, played a key role in planning the session.

The CII Yi XITE YUVA team contributed significantly to the event’s organization.

This initiative aligns with XITE’s commitment to providing holistic education and development.
