JAMSHEDPUR – Bagbera residents honored local panchayat representatives for their efforts in free water distribution.

In a ceremony near Shantiniketan School, Bagbera, residents gathered to honor Panchayat Committee member Sunil Gupta, Deputy Mukhiya Santosh Thakur, Ward Member Umesh Pandey, and JUSCO tanker operators Debashish and Guddu.

The honorees received traditional garments as a token of appreciation from the community.

Sunil Gupta, Panchayat Committee member, mentioned that the free water distribution across Bagbera was made possible through the efforts of Potka MLA Sanjiv Sardar, who arranged for JUSCO water tankers.

Gupta assured that free drinking water would continue to be provided whenever needed in the future.

Ward member Umesh Pandey also announced that a new borewell would be installed before the upcoming summer to address water scarcity issues.

The ceremony highlighted the community’s appreciation for the representatives’ dedication and commitment to resolving local water issues.
