Tata Steel CRM Department Launches New Safety Culture Initiative

CRM Safety Champion-24 program launched with 25 employees to enhance safety culture.

Tata Steel’s CRM department initiated a new safety culture program, CRM Safety Champion-24, involving 25 employees.

JAMSHEDPUR – The CRM Safety Champion-24 program has been initiated by Tata Steel’s CRM department with the objective of fortifying the safety culture among employees.

Chief Safety Officer Neeraj Sinha, Chief CRM Ajay Jha, Head Maschendra Shukla, Tata Workers’ Union Joint Secretary Nitesh Raj, and other CRM UCMs and officers attended the unveiling of the Safety Champion poster, which marked the program’s commencement.

During his address, Chief Safety Officer Neeraj Sinha shared his perspective on Tata Steel’s safety performance.

Chief Customer Relationship Manager Ajay Jha and Nitesh Raj underscored the importance of employee engagement in departmental safety initiatives in order to enhance safety standards and decrease accident rates.

Safety Officer Sonam Rajput and Head Maschendra Shukla introduced Safety Champions to departmental safety data in the second segment of the program.

Training was also provided to them on how to advance with the targeted safety roadmap.

Chairman Ashwini Mathan of JDC conducted and concluded the ceremony with a vote of thanks.

The CRM department’s committee members, including Saroj Pandey, Gulabchand Yadav, Anil Mishra, Dinesh Kumar, Suraj Kumar, Sandeep Behra, Head Keshav Jha, Jatinder Kumar, Anurag Kumar, Nirbhay, Sai Kumar, Prashasti Shreya, Avinash, and others, were in attendance at the ceremony.
